Surprisingly enough, not really. Chinese citizens that use AI, on average, are significantly better educated than Americans. Internal Chinese AI models also aren't sycophantic and are significantly less focused on 'personality' versus actual facts. Don't get me wrong it's still just LLMs so all of what it produces are hallucinations that might correspond with reality, but the training data for most models have been exclusively scientific and non fiction literature, instead of reddit threads.
