Just break the law and hope the other side is too poor to sue. Basically like everywhere else on the planet.

In data privacy cases there are ALWAYS people that will sue - there are collectives with money and lawyers.

In general yes, but if you claim a glasshole recorded you without consent and want to sue them, it's on you to fund that legal battle. I doubt collectives are interested in individual cases.

Yes, they are. They often actually need individuals to make their case, I know of several examples.
