The full omb proposed change to the world of science in addition to this is absolutely terrifying. I have no idea how it's not bigger news. It will completely decimate scientific development and integrity in the States. The brain drain will be catastrophic.
That brainndrain has alrea5 been happening for years now
But not in the degree it should have happened because there's not much choice for people leaving.
