I think they are called wingtips

Do you have any reccomendations for good headphones with wingtips?

You can just buy the tips

Many of the older Jaybird models had them. I’m currently rocking the X4—sounds good enough, and they stay very securely in my ears.

After trying a bunch of newer earbuds/iems, the ones you have pictured, honestly. Shame they were discontinued. None of the new wireless stuff sounds as good imo. Just ended up buying a handful of those SoundSports off factory resellers on ebay and got a bluetooth dac.

The akg n400 has a set of pretty small wingtips in the box, though they really only excel in frequency reponse

The transparency is trash. ANC is fine for me.

There’s a lot of good IEM’s that depends on what you want to listen to/do.

But 100% get custom ear tips for them.
