There's no good solution IMO

How about not damaging children's bodies for meaningless high school sports?

Three things:

  1. I did this as an adult
  2. I'm not fucking American
  3. In no way do I think kids should be doing that and wouldn't let my kids

I was just relating my experience with making weight so jog on pal.
