She likes to be chased, but doesn't like to be caught. Or at least that's what she wants in that point in her life. Move on, maybe you'll bump into her down the road when she's ready or maybe not.
Whatever you do, don't stick around and play the games if you want something more serious. You'll just end up either getting hurt or even worse. Either you grow your feelings for her when she doesn't. This isn't fun. Or, you'll get her to be with you when she doesn't want to be tied down. This can cause her to either resent you or if she's for the streets, to cheat on you. Either way it's not a fun time for anyone.
I've learned this lesson the hard way a couple times. My problem is the only women who like me either have a bf, have a "daddy", or are the above example and like being chased, often 2 or 3 of those points. It gets very frustrating idk what is about me that attracts that type of lady.
