Working with recruiters seems to be the best way to find new positions right now
I agree, all my real success has been with technical recruiters.
Temp to perm positions where the head hunter takes a fee until you are either hired on or move to another contract
How to get them to look for jobs for you
It definitely depends on the career field but with an in demand career field, you'll occasionally get hit up with people who think you fit a job description.
I think if you can work with a job agency to try and find more general positions if you're not seeing a lot of recruitment for your career
Ah ok. Inbound recruiters headhunting for a position I'm familiar with and I agree, it's the best way.
I was thinking if there could be a way to take that approach to a working relationship. A recruiter looking for a job you'd fill instead
