P.S if your country doesn’t have the freedom to roam https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freedom/_to/_roam there’s something inherently wrong.
Dumping of trash is not really related to the right to roam, people just dump off the side of the road independently of whether they have the right to walk around in the area. People hiking and making use of the right to roam are generally very respectful.
The right to roam works great in relatively populated areas such as the forests immediately outside of Oslo.
