However, on second thought, can a Flock camera run DOOM?

Some are strait up RaspberryPis or other SoC boards that can easily run DOOM. Wouldn't suprise me if they had models with SODIMM. They for sure have 18650 or poly pack batteries in all the solar ones
Almost certainly. It would be a shame though, as you couldn't tell anyone without admitting you have stolen property.
