Oh no, less than an eighth of what they lost on their stupid metaverse project. I'm sure they'll really feel the sting of this judgement and learn their lesson.
While technically true, the fine is actually around 0.7% of what they lost on metaverse (estimated 80 billion)

Technically, he was correct when he said less than an eighth. It was far, far, far less than an eighth, but thread OP was technically correct...
