They are shitty because they are built with the lowest quality to survive past the "warrenty". Just go talk to some inspectors that sees how "well built" million dollar homes are.
Hard to compete with people with ludicrous captial. Nor do I have any interest in hoarding ludicrous wealth.
and why are you so upset about all of that if you can't afford them?
sounds like you should go buy an old home and just enjoy it's quality construction then. win-win for you.
and the more homes that get produced, the lower the cost of the old home will be, because it won't be as desirable to flip it.
