Enter a foreign country and start slinging hate speech, that's never gone wrong for anyone
If it was just them leaving the house and wanting to leave even if that is against the rules I don't think they would have gotten jail time, making online insults for no reason is the thing people won't be as accommodating for.
if this were some form of state enforced punishment over insulting islam or the like we’d see people throwing all kinds of derision
this kind of behavior for something so minor should elicit disgust
that said people should be respectful to other cultures or not go
