Not a lawyer and have just a very locally soecific anecdote, but, I know in my home town there was a case where a dude liked to chill naked in his back yard behind his huge privacy fence. A Karen climbed a tree near his property to photograph him and took him to court. The judge wound up threatening her, citing some statute like she went through "extensive effort" or something to be able to see it, that he was not plainly visible and could expect privacy.
In my experience cops mostly just want everyone to shut up and say whatever they think will make that happen. Maybe consult an attorney? Seems like flying a drone to your window is pretty extensive effort to get a view where you should be able to expect privacy.
