He's saying what he needs to say to him to get his attention and hopefully wake him tf up. But out of the league for real is harsh. He needs to go back to the bench until he proves he's worthy of starting and being a leader, muchless helping his team win.

It’s not harsh it’s the truth.

Poole will be out of the league. No one likes him. No one. No one wants to play with him.

He doesn’t provide veteran presence, huge net negative +/-, plays no defense, ruins chemistry, terrible AAU chucker offense, and disrespects teammates and coaching staff.

He’s done for. It’s who he is. He’s not going to change

They'd be losing regardless but I'm sure they at least hoped that Poole would end up with some trade value or they could start developing a better culture for when they have a team capable of winning.
