Probably coming from all the taxes they've taken from us and which we will have to pay back next year anyway, so this is just a gimmick for his idiot followers again.
It's not coming from anywhere because he has no intention of sending them.
Oh you're def right about that. Trump would much rather start WW3, hide away in his golden sphere, and send everybody else to fight rather than do anything that would actually benefit anybody but himself.
