She got loads of attention from everyone and people wrote happy birthday messages on the barn announcement board. It made me so happy. I didn't get to spend as long as I wanted at the barn because I've had a tough day and it's hot outside. I made sure Sandy got the attention she deserves though and lots of treats.

There's a retaining wall that needs replaced, the erosion on the driveway from 10.5 inches of rain in a month needs filled on, my front porch is close to collapsing as is my patio roof, and a bunch of inside walls need fixed after the foundation gets fixed because they're cracking. Every day I notice more damage.
That definitely seems like something to fight and I know it's easy to just say that as a rando on the innernet. There are attorneys that specifically go after insurance for cases like this and a lot work on contingency so there's not an upfront cost to you
