His first 3-4 games were really bad pulling down his averages but he's really picked it up.

Hes also 9th in steals per game. Hes still obviously a negative defender but he's been putting in a lot more effort on the defensive end.

Trae young’s opposition PG have the exact same stats. Defense is a thing

Trae is nowhere near the worst defender in the league anymore. Still below average, but not even close to the worst.

He's easily better than Dame, Hali, Brunson, and Ja defensively right now.

I'm lowkey hoping you disagree cuz you'd just paint yourself as a casual lmao. Flair up and actually watch a game mf.
