First time I went to a marathon to cheer on a friend, within about 5 minutes I saw an old dude with a shit stream running down each leg.
It's more common than one assumes.
George Carlin had a skit about "things you never see." One was "taking a shit while running at full speed."
CKY apparently saw this skit and took it as a challenge. I can't find a direct clip of it since apparently YouTube doesn't like my VPN today, but here's a Vice article about it. It has what is supposedly a YouTube clip of it embedded. (Warning: Gross.)
IIRC, he does indeed perform the stunt, taking a laxative then going running in his underwear. Someone sees this and calls the police, who arrest him - underpants, feces-covered legs and all.
