One thing ppl always say about Harden is he is strong, it’s something they point to when he gets attacked about his defense.
Zion took that from Harden like nothing
Harden is very strong. But Zion is by far the strongest player in the NBA

There’s a clip of Zion driving at Adams and Adams goes flying backwards like 12 feet.
If you reverse roles the same thing happens. It’s just what happens when someone this big and strong has momentum vs someone who doesn’t or who’s even going backwards. Like I’m pretty sure Kyrie could send Embiid flying if he catches him off balance whilst he’s driving at speed
Probably not. Adams is taller, lighter and not as explosive. Zion gets low and is one of the most explosive players in the NBA

Maybe. Both Adams and Zion has said the other is stronger than them. Adams maybe has as much or more pure strength. But Zion plays a way stronger game. Mostly because he gets lower and is way more explosive than Adams
