Will he take his pedo image to the grave if it ever ended on a settlement like how Kobe's Colorado issue ended or would it be different due to how vague the situation is?

Yeah I think he has gotta make a secret payment to girl and family in exchange for secrecy , then he will just officially deny and investigation will go nowhere. JFJG Photo looks gross and incriminating but proves little
