Will he take his pedo image to the grave if it ever ended on a settlement like how Kobe's Colorado issue ended or would it be different due to how vague the situation is?

That's not technically a settlement since it's not a case. But we all know what's going to happen, her and/or her family will get paid, she'll deny anything happening and he'll be free. Welcome to America
