I'd rather the Dems rise above all of that shit and everyone starts adhering to the law again. We've had enough of this threat/fear activity by trump and his minions and it needs to go now. I wouldn't be offended if it ended by a huge group of good-hearted american patriots grabbing torches and pitchforks while a few are left behind heating up the tar and gathering lots and lots of feathers though.

I am all for the Dems playing Hard Ball, and prosecuting every MAGA for every CRIME. Not their politics, not their despicable opinions, just their crimes. NO IMMUNITY FOR ANYONE. Almost all of them have done illegal stuff and we should fully prosecute every single crime, no matter how small or insignificant, and then sentence them to the limits of the law, and force them to serve those sentences consecutively. The only break they get is concurrent sentences, and the only way they get concurrent sentences is if they cooperate, and turn on their accomplices.

We should also apply the 14th Amendment/ Sec 3, and prohibit anyone who supported the Insurrection from holding government office, and that includes anyone who said that Biden didn't win the 2020 election, or wouldn't answer the question during their approval hearings. That means nearly ALL of the current MAGAs in Congress would be out of a job.

So you feel the punishment for extreme cruelty to millions of Americans is year and feather? Created policies to kill Americans and execute them? Year and feather. Let millions die from vivid and lack of medical care, year and feather.

What are you, the DNC? You match your opponent and destroy them at their own game. Slaps on the wrist have never been adequate. No wonder Democrats are always taken advantage of. You're pussies.

Calm down. I'm somewhat sarcastic and sometimes forget to use the "slash ess". And it's "tar and feather". You can do better than name-calling though. To be fair, I'm not even sure I know what you're typing about.

I reread your comment and there isn't a hint of sarcasm in there. Yes, autocorrect is the bane of my existence, but I think you know exactly what I meant.

Telling me to calm down as I watch the public from the most powerful country in the world disillusion themselves by thinking just voting will work is insane. Open a history book and you'll see that fascism only ends in violence. The longer it goes, the more extreme the violence needed to end it. It's time to stop being naive and to see the world and it's people for what they are, not what they ought to be.
