Siriani is obviously #1. Constant success and a SB appearance.
Then MCDC has to be #2. Actual culture and tone change in Detroit and their best start to a season in decades.
Staley has to be gone after this year barring a massive turnaround, IMO. He has one of the best QBs in the league and still can’t stop his team from tripping over themselves.
Arthur Smith is a bust too, IMO but I know less about the Falcons.
Saleh has had it tough but honestly sticking with Wilson wasn’t the best decision IMO.
We SUCK. That is all that is needed.
Smith was dealt a raw hand and hasn't had too much to work with his first two years. This year however, he's had more to work with and wasn't cap straddled. Our QBs are not great, but his actual play calling is all over the place and it seems like he's hit his limit on what he can achieve as HC. Maybe we'll come out looking a different team tomorrow after our bye, but most likely we look like shit and the team plays with no consistency.
Terry fontenot doesn't appear to be helping either. We have no depth because his drafts are pretty weak.
It would be much better if we threw them both out and started over.
I don’t think that sticking with Wilson was Saleh’s decision. He literally couldn’t explain it to a reporter.
