Filler: he was a binaries bonafide sharp shooter last season and looked like a really good young player but come to find out today he only player like 8 minutes? What’s up with that?

It’s interesting that his defense is so bad because (from my memory) he was considered a good defender in high school and his dad is a defensive specialist coach. But maybe injuries just wrecked his lateral speed?

Yeah, didn’t he have a terrible injury in between High School and College?

Regardless, High School defense is a completely different thing than NBA. He was a known as a bad defensive prospect coming into the draft.

Yeah I guess it was just because he was built people thought he’d be a tough defender. But he struggled a lot at Duke with that too.
