Making a new tool that adds a higher level inbox to your current email 'inbox'.

This new inbox requires senders to pay a very small fee to you in order to reach your inbox, similar to first class mail.

If they don't pay, it doesn't reach your new inbox.

The people who would need this most would probably end up getting a lot of paid spam. I would pay for the right persons attention
