Been playing SSX Tricky for the past few days as it was an old nostalgia game of mine. It's been real fun, but the NPCs are way more obnoxious than I remembered. Also the way that the devs put alternative courses inside each course so you could go "off trail" is actually really cool
Phew, it has been years since I have thought about SSX. Started playing with Tricky, then spent a lot of time playing SSX3 when it launched. I enjoyed that SSX3 made each mountain into one cohesive slope, so you could literally do a mega-run where you start at the very top and run all the way down the entire mountain without stopping. Learning the individual courses is great, and then putting it all into practice with a mega-run feels fantastic.
