Is Luka not as impactful as his stats suggest? (alien.top)

This year

Kyrie and Luka on - +2.95 Net rtg (286min)

Luka on Kyrie off - -3.5 Net rtg (274min)

Kyrie on Luka off - +5.6 (142min)

Last season in the small sample size, +7.64 with Kyrie on and Luka off (319min) +1.94 with just Luka (1800min)

Luka has been averaging 30-7-7 but his impact does not seem nearly as high as Jokic who is averaging similar numbers, now obviously Jokic is much better but the point is the numbers are similar yet the impact is not close at all. Now this could be because his defense is dreadful but either way there is something missing

Also Livelys impact has been huge with - +5.67 Net rtg (337min) with him on the floor and -2.11 Net rtg (431min) with him off

Generally speaking, star players that have very high On/Off possess following 3 characteristics:

They are not a ball hog. They facilitate fast ball movement.
Extremely efficient passers who prefer passing to open teammates to taking a shot themselves
But they are extremely efficient shooters themselves
