Giannis is averaging 30-10-4.5 on 60% FG with a block and a steal a game yet he is not top 5 on Kia NBA MVP Ladder or any other ladder I can find?

He's not being overlooked on Reddit.

But yeah, that MVP ladder is wack. Giannis and KD should be in the top 3 or at least top 5

It's not about stats, it's about Bucks added Dame so Giannis can't get MVP type credit.

It's about who the voters will vote for, not best player.

Even if that's what it should be.

Depends how you look at it. If the MVP is for the most valuable player, Giannis isn’t yet in the top-5, with how Jokic, Shai, Embiid, Halliburton, and KD have played so far.

Ahead of who? More than 5 people can be worthy of the top 5. Its not like them being out is an outrage, the ones ahead have just been better
