The Grizzlies went on an 11-3 run coming out of this timeout, so I think he succeeded in firing them up to some extent. But it was too little, too late.

Always irked me that he got the first perimeter defender DPOY in years, then was a non-factor against Steph. I realize Steph does that to everyone, but it just made the award seem meaningless

Cause he was great in the regular season. Embiid won fucking MVP and got locked down by Horford in the playoffs.
