Ran their legs to dust before they came into the league. They also don't know how to workout right
Crossfit of NBA players.
A coupled of months ago I saw a video of their dad showing off LiAngelo overhead-presing what they claimed was 400 lbs. The mechanics and the forms were so bad dude looked like he was working on his legs.
In case anyone wants to see the worst possible shoulder press form you could ever have.
How is that possible
