This looks more like he failed to draw a charge than flopping. Are players not allowed to try and draw charges anymore with the new rule?

Yeah, I don't understand why this was a flop. He wasn't flailing around or anything, he tried to draw a charge and they didn't call it. Looked like a no call to me.

Yeah this looks like one of those either or fouls. Like they call it or don't. I don't feel like this is s flop. Contact is made and LeBron falls.

He was moving back before there was contact though, if you want to draw a charge and not get done for flopping just hold your ground until the opposition makes contact.
