I know mine's frowned upon but for me its the Sony XM3/4. They fit perfectly on my head and dont feel to heavy, apart from the sound I think its a great headphone. Anyways what's your most comfortable headphone you have ever worn?

The very first Bose noise cancellation headphones were quite comfortable on my big head (big ears too). They didn't last long though as they developed a popping problem. The next pair I was gifted, which were a newer model, were pretty comfortable too and folded into less space though the covering over the padding on the ears kind of disintegrated.
