I know mine's frowned upon but for me its the Sony XM3/4. They fit perfectly on my head and dont feel to heavy, apart from the sound I think its a great headphone. Anyways what's your most comfortable headphone you have ever worn?

Sennheiser HD598 for me.

I have used these for years and they have always been fantastic on comfort but there's one issue and that is not with the headphones but the climate. It has been getting hotter and hotter here where I live that practically moved completely to IEMs. Sure I'm liking them (IEMs) more these days too and I don't have to deal with my ears sweating after 30 minutes of use.
