After her fiancé is killed and she is almost sexually assaulted, a woman becomes an avenger of the night, seeking to kill all the dangerous men who would harm women. Meanwhile, her fiancé's cop brother also seeks to bring down the biker gang associated with the murder.

That one was directed by Richard Donner, wasn't it? I have seen it, but hardly remember anything about it. Maybe I should give it a rewatch sometime..
Yes, it's quite unmemorable. Generic and bland and slick.
If anybody says it's not that bad, put it side-by-side with other things from the approximate era like Die Hard, Terminator 2 or Heat, and see how it fares. Or even another one of Donner's own - Lethal Weapon.
