Also, i can't believe they didn't care about the travel binder! I kept one of those when I was visiting different states. I'd be a little miffed if I showed it to someone and they didn't care. So I understand.

This is what outraged me the most. How can they ignore the travel binder! SovCit should absolutely sue the entire state for a bajillion dollars. They for sure have a rock solid case if LE didn't even look at their binder!

Maybe SovCit didn't make the correct magical invocation with the secret intonation? But still... It was in a binder for chrissakes. That alone makes it official!

More shocked about how he forgot to cancel with the DMV. Doesn't he know that the first thing you're supposed to do. No wonder they didn't care about his binder.
