By "Anywhere" they mean that the plugin works with the following tested federated platforms:

Mastodon
Pleroma/Akkoma
friendica
Hubzilla
Pixelfed
Socialhome
Misskey
Firefish (rebrand of Calckey)

I'm definitely implementing this on my blog, even if it's just so I can see my own posts on Mastodon and Lemmy.

A potential workaround: quote-repost your blog post via Akkoma or Firefish, mention the community you want to post the blog post on, and add the title on the beginning
