I'm generally against holding people to the stupid shit they said as teenagers but the stuff he was saying goes a little beyond typical edgy stupid teenager crap. "I would never marry outside me ethnicity" isn't a even fringe trying to be funny by being racist type of comment. That's just someone who is racist through and through. Probably raised by racists as well. Typically kids don't just fall outta the sky being that racist to begin with. That's a learned behavior.
The stupid shit was also said only three months ago.
Yeah I didn't dig very hard for how long ago he said it but I don't think it would matter how long ago he said it unless he was like 7 and daddy was tweeting for his kid or something lol
"Back when you were a teenager" implies some time has passed and you might have grown. Leniency in judgement could also be applied if you're still a teenager, but then you also shouldn't be in charge of anything important because we know you don't think too good. Also, consequences for their actions is how teenagers learn to not keep doing that. Firing racist teenagers for being racist is good.
Also also, this guy is in his mid 20s.
Yeah really shortens how long ago he could have said it.
Can you imagine marrying JD Vance? It is the functional equivalent of locking your sex life into that pain box Paul Atreides had to stick his hand into, but for the rest of your life (or mercifully, maybe JD's if you get lucky but still vomits in mouth eww).
...no I cannot imagine marrying JD Vance. Mostly because I'm a straight guy. Maybe the tax breaks would be nice tho who knows. I could get on his swanky government healthcare plan.
You don't have to try to imagine sleeping with JD, just try to imagine staring deep into his eyes as you said "I do" and not drowning in the emptiness of knowing you are marrying the human equivalent of a racist, sexist fax machine that makes fun of kids for telling people their preferred pronouns.
I think in some ways it would be like having a whiny little pet rock.
I doubt he even hates trans people. I don't think he has a single conviction. Just a completely soulless man shaped thing in a suit.
I just realized that all these macho man redneck idiots voted for a president and vice president who both obviously wear makeup every day.
Also these kids are still in their stupid teenager phase, as proven by being little Nazis sucking up to to Elon Musk.
