No sympathy for those reaping what they sowed doesn't mean no sympathy for those deserving of it, ie. those in her family who did not vote for Trump who are now suffering because of a situation she helped cause.
Banned. Seems a bit much. Maybe I'm lacking context, I dunno. I'll just say I think it's fair to point out whenever there is collateral damage deserving of consideration, and I didn't feel insulted or anything by their post that is now removed.
If anything it's just motivation to do some introspection. We should take care that our inclination to react to news like this with righteous vengeance doesn't overshadow our empathy for and solidarity with other people that's at the core of why idiots and assholes voting a fascist rapist into power makes us feel this emotionally invested.
