I think this was just a clip thing talking about the fa cup and they weren't actually discussing where teams are from. Like it was a little clip as they were talking about how the fa cup works, not this is the teams location and this is what we think.
Yes this is the context of the map. It's to show various teams from different divisions all take part in the FA cup.
