Add to that, the fact that he faced mighty opposition in CONCACAF, like Barbados, Belize and El Salvador...

Can only play who your confederation is able to schedule.

Similarly, I've always wondered whether there has been an Ali Daei for assists in CAF or AFC who just didn't have their totals counted at the moment.
