Meanwhile in Philadelphia it seems the owners are willing to build it with their own money in the center of the city, and will add affordable housing with it, and no one wants it(correct me if I’m wrong I’ve been out of the city for a few years now)
There’s just such a big difference in cities. No owner is going to want to move a team from Philly. Plus you have the Eagles, Phillies, and Penguins. OKC is not exactly the hottest market and the Thunder are all we have. The leverage situation is just so much different that this comparison just isn’t relevant
