He has a real great physique, honestly he is like the taller version of Shannon Sharpe. Hes got all the muscles, and is super lean. No wonder they call him the Greek freak. Legit not sure why KD didn't muscle up like Giannis did.

Creatine and caffeine can count as PED’s, so technically, yes it’s more than likely he does. As for anabolic steroids? I’d be surprised.
