He has a real great physique, honestly he is like the taller version of Shannon Sharpe. Hes got all the muscles, and is super lean. No wonder they call him the Greek freak. Legit not sure why KD didn't muscle up like Giannis did.

That's what people said about baseball and cycling too. Leagues don't want to catch players, and they will design their testing to avoid it until the government steps in and makes them.
