We know Wilt did it. There’s video evidence of him blocking the shot. What other players in history are capable of blocking prime Kareem’s skyhook

If you’re tall enough and your jump hooks are already so hard to block is it worth going to the effort of learning the skyhook if your jump hooks or fadeaways are already efficient?

I know we’ve seen some smaller guys like Kawhi and Kobe occasionally get some leverage out of moving skyhooks but I think guys like Jokic or Embiid or even Hakeem are fine with regular hook shots and fades

Even old Dirk was fine with his fadeaway

Curious for people’s thoughts
