I set a 4 year reminder for this post so I could look back at the replies in the future.

I just recently got the notification and figured that others here would want to see how things turned out. It obviously goes to show how uncertain things are in the league, but also not to get too down on young prospects who have a down year, because there's always a possibility that they will improve.

I don't have anything to say about Jaylen that hasn't already been said, but tbh I've also been disappointed by Buddy Hield's career over the last few years. Not that he's a bad player at all, it's just... after that season in Sac a few years ago, I really thought he was gonna be an All-Star and the league's next great shooter. I knew he was 26 but I really thought another step up was coming
