I always struggled with the corner shots because I have less of a spacial reference with the side of the backboard facing me. Shooting from the top of the key should be much easier, no? I always had the most success with the 45 degree angle one, right between the key and the corner. Maybe that's just me though.

same, i also struggle with corner 3s, but because i rely on the backboard a lot

as in you bank your 3s or you need to see the backboard to aim?

Yeah, its how my eyes gauge distance

yeah lol was taught to look at the backboard since i started playing and it stuck to me since, i never had proper training anyway just played in parks

Not sure if you care for advice but aiming for either front or back rim, whichever you prefer, would help a lot

My hs coach said to aim for the back of the rim, helped with my freethrows
