Kevin Durant has been heavily criticized for his lack of success outside Golden State. If he leads the Suns to the championship, does he remove the dark cloud of “can’t win without a superteam” over his head?

This is assuming that one believes the 23/24 Phoenix Suns are not a “Superteam”.

The entire NBA history is filled with teams with a ton of star talent. Thats how you win. The obsession with superteams is silly.

The Warriors were fucked because they didn't even need KD to win and were one of the best teams ever before he even showed up. Its a completely different thing than all of the other examples,
