I know people here will say that we are racists, which is true for all of our countries, but at least we are not constantly solemn.

If you'd rather be racist than "solemn", I don't know what to tell you.

I didn't say that, but be sure that racism in your country (whatever it is) racism is not less than here. You're just more boring.
