A place to politely discuss the tools, technique and culture of photography.
This is not a good place to simply share cool photos/videos or promote your own work and projects, but rather a place to discuss photography as an art and post things that would be of interest to other photographers.

If you’re shooting in RAW it’ll do that, I’d try shooting in JPEG. Either that or convert the photo to a JPEG after you do whatever you want with them
What do you mean I shoot in raw and when I view it on my pc it seems to make the photo a bit brighter
When using a camera each photo you take becomes a file, .jpeg or .raw, you should be able to switch between these in your cameras settings. Think of it like this a RAW file is something you want to edit whereas a JPEG is the finished product. I don’t know the exact reason why but whenever I view a .raw file on my computer the image brightens. I’m not the best at explaining these things but if you want to pm I’ll be more than happy to explain in better detail
