Cleveland makes the most sense in terms of winning, but not for anything else.

That's why I'm semi-confident he's going to resign with the Cavs, unless they flame out in the first round again.

If they show improvement and have some playoff success, I'm not sure what bigger market team that wants to sign and trade for Mitchell gives him a better shot at winning.
